Technical features
How it works
1.
The used washing water flows from the washing bay through the sedimentation trap into the sludge chamber. The solids settle in this tank and the water flows over into the storage tank.
2.
The water is pumped into the wash water recycling unit via a submersible pump installed in this tank. There, the wash water is filtered by hydrocyclones and goes through our two-stage, chemical-free disinfection process.
3.
After the disinfection process, the water enters the reactor tank of the recycling unit. This is where the pre-filtered and disinfected water is stored.
4.
With our dissolved air flotation, smaller floating dirt particles are transported to the water surface of the reactor tank and periodically discharged back into the sludge chamber.
5.
The purified and odor-free water is pumped from the reactor tank into the washing bay when required. Optional fine filtration with automatic backwashing can be added on request. The process then begins again.
